Capacity Development & Provider Training

Are the providers responsible for the delivery of state-funded services the kind of organizations that are necessary and/or do they truly exhibit the capacity to translate dollars into meaningful programs that meet state objectives?  will provide an assessment and action plan necessary to improve provider quality over time to ensure state expectations are met and those being served are receiving appropriately delivered information as outlined in their contracts.   Quality assurance measures for case management, mental health concerns, and compliance/adherence may need to be achieved for a State or Eligible Metropolitan Area.
