Ryan White Program Support

The Ryan White Program continues to shift and change as the federal interpretation of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment and Care Modernization Act of 2006 (CARE Act) continues.  Whether a Part A (including Transitional Grant Areas) Metropolitan Area, or a Part B state program, implementation and data collection continue to stretch limited human resources to combine all of the requirements of the CARE Act   Part C/D-funded clinics, AIDS Education and Training Centers, and other special projects are all important components of the various funds involved in meeting the needs of those being served.  Further, the AIDS AIDS Drug Assistance Program provides over 110,000 persons living with HIV disease across the United States with their medications. Some states are considering a system overhaul that may require planning, communication’s strategies, and an up-front analysis of the pros and cons of a system re-design. Compliance and adherence programs are also a component of the potential deliverables possible with Healthcare Responses.
