National Account Training & Leadership Support

The HIV, Hepatitis, and STD disease states can be foreign to a national account manager joining a company with therapeutics in these disease states. National Account training and leadership support is also challenging to implement over time given the high expectations of all National Account members to be equally and multiply-skilled in a variety of areas. Not everyone comes from experiences that offer this kind of training or exposure. Further, on an ongoing basis, it is sometimes a challenge to determine the best approach to take in complex situations and often times there is no one to help create options to consider and analyze the consequences of those actions. is qualified to provide direct training support for new National Account team members and/or to offer leadership support to National Account team members to more quickly problem solve and arrive at efficient plans of action that easily match the persons skill sets and comfort zone while still accomplishing the identified outcomes.
