Why does the Board only get in my way?   Why don’t they raise money? Why do they only come to 1/3 of the board meetings?

Why – they are solely liable for the entire agency and the IRS code that establishes the ability to have a nonprofit requires their oversight and for charitable purposes must meet the needs outlined in the agency’s mission.
