About Healthcare Responses

Healthcare for those under and un-insured in America requires partnerships of federal funds, state-operated programs, and local nonprofit agency providers. Consultant services typically focus on specific areas without weaving and including all of the other elements necessary to provide access, reimbursement, and evaluation of healthcare to persons in need. Healthcare Responses () will advocate at the federal, state and local level while guiding nonprofits and working with the pharmaceutical industry to ensure screening, testing, access to healthcare, treatment, and all supportive services can be achieved. 
 
Each project is approached from this global level even though some of the work is detailed and quite specific. This broader vision-based view provides opportunities to improve each layer of the system and will be able to inform national and state-level policy.  believes that is possible. We will not take more clients than can be comfortably and fully served, and we promise on time and solid deliverables. 
 
You will learn from and enjoy the experience – but most importantly people with HIV, Hepatitis, or Sexually Transmitted Diseases will have more options for their care, in a better environment, with programs designed based on their needs.

 

 

 

We work on two fee structures. For ongoing clients, a retainer method is preferred and a negotiable scope of work. For clients with episodic or project needs, a daily or project fee can be quoted for all work. All fees relate to the going rate within the environment (corporate, state, nonprofit) and are negotiable.

 

The engagement process starts with an inquiry from our website or a phone call. Once the initial dialogue specifies the needs from one of our consultants, a detailed quotation will be provided to the potential client with timelines, deliverables, and expectations from the client. After review, and further negotiation if necessary, then the quotation will be signed with a contract to follow.

 

Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing with a 2% per week supplemental late fee required unless other arrangements have been made and are agreed upon in writing.
